What is ISO 5211 Standard?
ISO 5211:2017 specifies requirements for the attachment of part-turn actuators, with or without gearboxes, to industrial valves.
The attachment of part-turn actuators to control valves in accordance with the requirements of this document is subject to an agreement between the supplier and the purchaser.
The standard for the connection of part-turn valves and actuators is the international standard ISO5211 standard. Therefore, ISO5211 is the connection standard for valves and actuators.
ISO 5211 Dimensions
There are standards that indicate all dimensions for flange, take an example, it mentioned dimensions of a flange in standard ANSI B16.5 & ANSI B16.47, and ISO 5211 include the dimension of part-turn valve top flange dimensions. below table is from ISO 5211, which is detailed dimension:
